v0.1.0
September 28, 2026
First release
New
Recording
- Records your microphone and the meeting audio directly on your Mac. No bot joins the call.
- Records only meeting apps and browsers by default (Zoom, Teams, Slack, FaceTime, Google Meet in a browser), so music or a video in another app stays out. Whole Mac is available for other calling apps.
- When a call app starts using your microphone, a notification offers to record, or choose Record automatically to start with the call. When the call ends it asks before stopping; it never stops on its own. Start any time with ⌘R, New recording or the menu bar.
- Echo cancellation when you're on speakers, so the other side isn't also recorded as you.
- Live transcript while you record, with You and Others level meters.
- Time-stamped notes: each line you type during a call gets the call time and links back to that moment later.
- Bookmarks with ⌘⇧B.
- Import an audio file to transcribe it.
Transcription and speakers
- On-device English transcription (Parakeet) and speaker separation. Audio never leaves your Mac.
- Speakers are named from the calendar invite and the conversation (someone introduced or addressed by name). Names it isn't sure of are suggested; rename any speaker in a click.
- Custom vocabulary for names, products and jargon.
Notes
- Notes shaped by meeting type: sixteen types, from standups, sprint planning and design reviews to client calls, sales discovery and demos, interviews and 1:1s. Type is detected automatically and can be changed.
- Notes appear as they're written, seconds after the call.
- Summary, decisions and action items, with every line linked to the moment it was said.
- Type-specific details, like a MEDDIC scorecard, objections and deal risks for sales, or requirements, commitments and scope changes for client calls.
- Tone: how each person came across and why, and the moments the tone changed (an AI estimate).
- Talk-time stats per meeting.
- Notes written by Google Gemini (free tier), a local model through Ollama, or Claude or OpenAI with your own key (transcript text only, never audio). A monthly cost estimate and budget alert for cloud engines.
- Write… recipes: follow-up email, Slack update, PR / ticket description, decision record (ADR), client status recap and ticket list.
Work tools
- Action items: every follow-up from every meeting in one list, with owners and due dates; open one as a Linear issue.
- Ask AI: ask one meeting (answers cite the moment), a folder, or all meetings. Search runs on your Mac and finds answers by meaning. Add an answer to your notes.
- Insights: hours in meetings, by type and folder, recurring meetings and overruns, calendar coverage, open action items, AI usage per engine, storage and talk share.
- Folders, pins and search.
Calendars and integrations
- Google Calendar and every calendar on your Mac: meetings named after the event, with invitees.
- Today lists the day's meetings, recorded or not, with Record and Join. Up next in the sidebar.
- A notification when a calendar meeting starts, or when Meet, Zoom, Teams or a Slack huddle picks up your microphone, with Take notes.
- Save to a folder (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, Obsidian), Slack, and Zapier / Make / n8n webhooks, plus a Share menu on every meeting.
- Follow-up emails in your Mail app or Gmail.
- Local, read-only connector for Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor, with search by meaning.
App
- Light and dark themes.
- 14-day free trial with everything, then free for 5 meetings a month. A one-time license removes the limit and includes 12 months of updates.
- Works without an account. Google sign-in is optional.
