Refund and cancellation policy

MeetInk has a free 14-day trial with every feature, so you can check that it works for your calls before paying.

Refunds

• If you’re not happy, email hello@dataotto.com within 14 days of purchase from the email you bought with, and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

MeetInk is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving a key, email us with the payment id from your receipt and we’ll fix it right away.
