Ask Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor about your meetings
Connect MeetInk's local, read-only connector to Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor in one click.

MeetInk includes a small local connector (an MCP server). Once connected, your AI app can search your meetings and answer from your own notes, with the meeting each answer came from.
Connect
- Open Settings → Integrations and scroll to AI apps.
- Click Connect next to the app:
- Claude Desktop: restart Claude Desktop afterwards.
- Claude Code: start a new
claudesession. It's added for your user, so it works in every project. - Cursor: it appears under Cursor's MCP settings within a few seconds.
The button is disabled if the app isn't installed. The status next to each app shows Connected once it's set up; Reconnect refreshes it (for example after moving MeetInk).
You can also connect Claude Desktop during setup, in the Ask Claude about your meetings step.
Things to ask
- "What did we decide about pricing across my Acme calls?"
- "What are my open action items from this week?"
- "Summarise yesterday's standup."
- "Which customers mentioned security reviews?"
- In Claude Code or Cursor: "Turn the action items from today's design review into a checklist in TODO.md."
What the connector can do
It has six read-only tools:
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
search_meetings |
Finds meetings about something |
search_transcripts |
Finds the passages that best answer a question, with speaker, meeting, date and timestamp |
get_meeting |
Opens one meeting's notes, action items, your notes and transcript |
list_recent_meetings |
Meetings from the last few days |
list_action_items |
Action items across meetings, open or done, by owner |
list_decisions |
Decisions from recent meetings |
Search works by meaning as well as by keywords, so "pricing pushback" also finds the call where someone said "that's more than we pay today". The meaning search uses a small embedding model that runs on your Mac.
The connector can't change, delete or record anything.
What stays on your Mac
The connector runs on your Mac using MeetInk's own files and makes no network calls of its own. What your AI app then does with what it reads is up to that app: Claude Desktop and Claude Code send it to Anthropic, and Cursor sends it to its model provider, to answer you.
Disconnect
Remove the MeetInk server in the AI app's MCP settings (for Claude Code: claude mcp remove --scope user MeetInk).

Connect your calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud, several accounts)
MeetInk reads the calendars on your Mac to show today's meetings, offer to record them, name recordings and add invitees. Here's how to connect one or many accounts.
Getting started with MeetInk: your first meeting in a few minutes
Install MeetInk, allow the two permissions it needs, pick who writes your notes and record your first call.
Send meeting notes to Slack, Google Drive, Obsidian, Zapier and more
Set up MeetInk's integrations: save to a synced folder, post to Slack, send to Zapier, Make or n8n, and draft emails in Gmail.
