MeetInk

Send meeting notes to Slack, Google Drive, Obsidian, Zapier and more

Set up MeetInk's integrations: save to a synced folder, post to Slack, send to Zapier, Make or n8n, and draft emails in Gmail.

Nothing leaves your Mac until you set something up in Settings → Integrations. Each integration says exactly what it sends. Links and tokens are stored encrypted with a key in the macOS Keychain.

Once set up, use the Share button on any meeting, or let finished meetings go out automatically.

Save to a folder (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, Obsidian)

Every finished meeting is saved as a Markdown file named like 2026-09-28 Acme pricing review.md.

  1. In Save to a folder, click one of the folders MeetInk found (Google Drive, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box or an Obsidian vault in Documents), or Choose folder….
  2. That's it. If the folder syncs through the provider's desktop app, the notes appear there, with no login in MeetInk.

If you rename a meeting, its file is renamed too. Turn off stops saving new files; existing ones stay.

Sends: the notes, action items, your own notes and the transcript, as a file in that folder.

Slack

  1. In Slack, add the Incoming WebHooks app to your workspace (Apps → search "Incoming WebHooks"), pick the channel, and copy the webhook link. It starts with https://hooks.slack.com/.
  2. In MeetInk, paste it under Slack and click Connect. A test message is posted to the channel.
  3. Choose when to post:
    • When I share: only when you click Share → Post to Slack on a meeting.
    • Some folders: meetings in the folders you tick are posted automatically (for example every Standups meeting to #eng).
    • Every meeting: posted as soon as the notes are ready.

Each meeting is posted automatically only once, even if you rewrite its notes later.

Sends: title, date, recap, decisions and action items. Never the transcript or audio.

Zapier, Make or n8n (webhook)

Use this to reach thousands of other apps: Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Airtable, Google Docs, Notion…

  1. In Zapier, create a Zap with the Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook trigger (in Make: Custom webhook; in n8n: a Webhook node) and copy its URL.
  2. In MeetInk, paste it under Zapier, Make, n8n (webhook) and click Connect. A test event is sent so you can map fields.
  3. Leave Send every meeting automatically on, or turn it off and use Share → Send to Zapier / Make / n8n.

Links must use https://. http:// is allowed only for localhost, for a self-hosted n8n on your Mac.

Sends a JSON body like this:

Field What it is
event meeting.notes_ready (or test for the test event)
meeting.title Meeting title
meeting.startedAt Start time (ISO 8601)
meeting.durationMinutes Length in minutes
meeting.type Meeting type, e.g. "Sales discovery"
meeting.people Names of people in the meeting
meeting.recap Short summary
meeting.decisions List of decisions
meeting.actionItems List of { text, owner, due, done }
meeting.notes Your own notes
meeting.transcript List of { start, end, speaker, text } (seconds)
markdown The whole meeting as Markdown

Never audio.

Email follow-ups: Mail app or Gmail

Write… → Follow-up email drafts a follow-up from the meeting. Under Email, choose where the draft opens:

  • Mail app: Apple Mail, Outlook or your default mail app.
  • Gmail: a Gmail draft in your browser.

Nothing is sent until you press send in your mail app.

Linear issues

Hover an action item and click the ticket icon, then Linear issue. A prefilled new issue opens in your browser, with the task, owner, due date and the meeting it came from. You pick the team and submit it in Linear. No token is needed, because you're already signed in there.

AI apps

Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor can search your meetings through a local, read-only connector. See Connect AI apps.
